For my recent gourmet truffle and bone marrow burger I decided that nothing would suffice except for some homemade brioche buns to complete the masterpiece.

In the end, they were light, fluffy, and a perfect addition to the burger. If you want to wow at your next BBQ, spend an hour or two making these buns before you throw your burgers on the barbie!
