This has to be the simplest recipe I've posted yet. But I've been toying with cool things to do with my new nasturtium plants and I decided to try to make a powder from some of the leaves. In short, amazing! Kind of peppery but smoother - I think I'll definitely make it an option to add to my spring pea consomme.
Here are the simple steps:
- Microwave a handful of nasturtium leaves between two pieces of paper towel.
- Grind by hand or with a spice grinder.
